Where does the money come from?

The exchange pays us a commission on the volume traded by accounts linked to us. We keep a share and send you the rest. Nothing is added to what you pay.

Do my trading fees change?

No. You pay the exchange's standard rate before and after linking. The rebate is a separate payment on top of it.

Can I check my payback without signing up?

Yes. Pick your exchange and enter your UID on the home page — accrued payback shows up without an account, and an unlinked UID can even request a withdrawal. Creating an account adds two-factor protection and history.

What if I already have an account there?

You can still link it. But the exchange pays us less for accounts that already sit under another affiliate, so your rebate rate is lower. Your dashboard shows which rate applies.

Why not just self-refer and keep the commission myself?

Because exchanges ban it. Self-referral means opening extra accounts under other identities to collect your own referral commission. Exchanges actively detect multi-accounting, and the documented outcome is permanent suspension — including frozen balances. A payback service is the compliant version of the same idea: an official partner receives the commission and passes it back to you, with zero risk to your account.

Does this give you access to my account?

No. We read the affiliate report the exchange gives us, which lists volume and commission by account ID. We never receive API keys, trading permission, or your password.

Why is nothing accruing?

The most common reason: the exchange account was not created through our signup link, so the exchange pays us no commission for it. Other causes are trading with fee vouchers or bonus funds (exchanges exclude those), or trades made before the account was referred. If none of these fit, message support with your UID.

Where do I find my UID?

Log in to the exchange and open your profile or account page — the UID is the number shown there, usually near your avatar or in account details. It is an account number, not a password; sharing it with us gives no access to your account.

When do the numbers update?

Once a day. The exchange settles commission the day after the trade, and our collection runs daily after that settlement. A trade made today appears in your balance tomorrow at the earliest.

When do I get paid?

Commissions settle the day after a trade, and exchanges can revise the figures for a few days after that. Once that window closes, the balance becomes withdrawable.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Requests are reviewed by a person and then sent as an internal transfer on the exchange, so nothing crosses a blockchain and there is no network fee. Most requests complete within a day.
