TetherPrime is an affiliate of cryptocurrency exchanges. When you register an exchange account through our referral link and link its UID here, the exchange pays us a commission on the trading fees you generate. We return most of that commission to you.

We are not an exchange. We do not hold your funds, we do not place or cancel orders, we do not offer investment advice, and we do not have access to your exchange account.

• —You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and permitted to use the relevant exchange.
• —You must not be located in a jurisdiction where using the exchange or this service is prohibited.
• —One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim rebates on the same trading is a breach of these terms.

You give us your exchange UID, which is a public account number. We check it against the affiliate report the exchange provides. If the account is not attributed to us, no commission is generated for it and no rebate can be paid, however long you trade.

A UID can be linked to one TetherPrime account only. You are responsible for entering the correct UID; we cannot recover a rebate paid to a UID you entered incorrectly.

• —We return up to 70% of the commission the exchange actually pays us for your linked account. The applicable rate is shown on your dashboard.
• —Accounts already attributed to another affiliate earn us less, so their rebate rate is lower.
• —Rebates are calculated from the exchange’s daily affiliate report, not from your own record of your trades.
• —A rebate stays pending until the exchange can no longer revise the figures for that day. After that window it becomes withdrawable.
• —Payment is made by internal transfer in USDT to the exchange wallet of the UID you linked.

If the exchange revises or reverses a commission after we have credited it, we will make a corresponding correction to your balance. We do not create negative balances by clawing back money already withdrawn, except where the underlying commission was reversed because of abuse or error on your side.

• —You may withdraw any available balance above the stated minimum.
• —Requesting a withdrawal debits your balance immediately, before the transfer is sent. This is deliberate: it prevents the same balance from being withdrawn twice.
• —If a transfer is explicitly rejected by the exchange, the amount is returned to your balance.
• —If the outcome of a transfer is unknown, we hold the request and confirm it against the exchange’s transfer history before settling it either way. This can delay a payout, and we prefer that to paying twice.
• —Withdrawals are held for a period after a password change. This protects an account whose password was changed by someone else.

We may suspend or close an account, and withhold an unpaid balance, where we reasonably believe it is being used for wash trading, self-referral, multiple-account abuse, fraud, or any activity that causes the exchange to reverse the commission it paid us. Where we can, we will tell you why.

We may change the rebate rate, the minimum withdrawal, the supported exchanges, or these terms. Changes apply from the day they are published and are not applied retroactively to rebates already credited. We may suspend the service for maintenance or stop offering it entirely; if we do, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to withdraw an available balance.

The service is provided as is. We depend on the exchange’s affiliate report and transfer system; we cannot guarantee that either is accurate, timely, or available. We are not responsible for losses arising from your trading decisions, from changes the exchange makes to its affiliate programme, or from your inability to access the exchange.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Cryptocurrency trading carries risk of loss. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
